# Product Updates

> New features and improvements in Jelou AI

<Update label="July 2026" rss={{ title: "Bulk product import via Excel" }}>
  ## Bulk product import via Excel

  You can now load your Jelou Shop catalog by uploading an Excel file. Download a guided template —with an instructions sheet, headers colored by whether they're required, and comments on each column— and choose between a **simple upload** (with an automatically generated SKU) or a **complete upload** by enabling optional sheets for variations, features and modifiers.

  See the [Import products](/en/guides/integraciones/e-commerce/shop-import) guide.
</Update>

<Update label="July 2026" rss={{ title: "WooCommerce connection with OAuth" }}>
  ## WooCommerce connection with OAuth

  Connecting your WooCommerce store is now a simple OAuth flow. You no longer need to manually generate the `Consumer key` or `Consumer secret`: just enter your **store domain**, sign in to WooCommerce, and approve access. Jelou creates the credentials for you.

  Check the [WooCommerce](/en/guides/integraciones/e-commerce/woocommerce) guide.

<Update label="July 2026" rss={{ title: "Promotions and coupons in Jelou Shop" }}>
  ## Promotions and coupons in Jelou Shop

  Jelou Shop now includes a **Promotions** module to create and manage discount coupons, available in the Shop Admin panel and via API.

  Key changes:

  * **Percentage or fixed-amount coupons** — Define the discount as a percentage or a fixed value.
  * **Validity** — Set start and end dates, or leave it with no expiration.
  * **Per-branch scope** — Apply the coupon to all branches or only the ones you choose, with a per-branch usage limit.
  * **Usage limits** — Set a total redemption cap and an option for one use per customer.
  * **Automatic states** — Each coupon shows its state (Active, Scheduled, Expired, Depleted, or Inactive) computed from its validity and usage.
  * The discount is validated and applied at checkout; an invalid, expired, or out-of-branch coupon is rejected with a clear message.

  See the [Shop Admin → Promotions](/en/guides/integraciones/e-commerce/shop-admin#promotions) guide and the [Promotions API](/en/guides/integraciones/e-commerce/api-cupones/crear).

<Update label="July 2026" rss={{ title: "Configurable follow-up message in the AI Agent node" }}>
  ## Configurable follow-up message in the AI Agent node

  The **follow-up message** in the **AI Agent** node is now configurable. When you turn on the toggle under **Advanced**, a button appears that opens a modal to define how the agent resumes an inactive conversation.

  Key changes:

  * **Manual and Automatic modes** — In **Manual** you write the instruction that guides the reminder (up to 900 characters); in **Automatic** the agent writes it on its own.
  * **Wait between wakeups** — Sets the idle time before each reminder (from 5 to 120 minutes).
  * **Stop after # attempts without reply** — Limits consecutive reminders without a reply (from 1 to 5, default 2).
  * The options automatically adjust to the agent's expiration time.

<Update label="June 2026" rss={{ title: "Settings module update" }}>
  ## Settings module update

  We continue improving the platform to deliver a simpler, more organized, and intuitive experience. Here are the highlights from the Settings module update.

  Key changes:

  * **Revamped navigation system** — Settings are now organized into two main sections: Organization and Product, making it easier to find what you need and reducing option overload.
  * **New "Advanced settings" section** — We centralized channel-specific settings, team configurations, and other global options, enabling clearer and more efficient administration.
  * **Time traffic-light improvements** — We updated the visualization and management of time indicators to facilitate conversation tracking and improve operational control.

  These improvements aim to make platform administration faster, more intuitive, and aligned with team needs.

  Key changes:

  * **Faster and more organized navigation** — Simplified access to the most relevant information, with an improved structure for greater efficiency.
  * **Consistency with the new platform UI** — A unified and modern experience across all modules, maintaining visual coherence.
  * **Optimized label management** — Label creation has been relocated to the Customers module and will be available directly from the Multi-Agent Panel for greater accessibility.

  These changes are part of our ongoing commitment to improving your experience on Jelou.

<Update label="June 2026" rss={{ title: "New documentation pages in Connect — Management" }}>
  ## New documentation pages in Connect — Management

  Five new pages were added to the **Management** section within the **Connect** tab, expanding the documentation available for supervisors and administrators:

  * **Live Monitoring**: monitor active conversations, response times, and cases requiring immediate action in real time.
  * **Operator Supervision**: check the status, workload, and activity of each operator, with actions such as impersonation and conversation transfer.
  * **Consolidated Case Management**: analyze all cases managed within a period, with support indicators and classification by routing type.
  * **Conversation History**: review and audit past interactions with full traceability of messages, events, and transfers.

<Update label="June 2026" rss={{ title: "Inbox Emails — New design available" }}>
  ## Inbox Emails — New design available

  We completely revamped the Emails module: the experience now feels like a modern email client, with everything more organized, clean, and easy to use.

  What's new:

  * **View preferences**: choose between the new panel view or the full-screen view with the classic layout.
  * **Split and resizable view**: inbox, email, and customer CRM on a single screen.
  * **Refreshed look and feel**.
  * **Same functionality**, now enhanced and better organized.

<Update label="June 2026" rss={{ title: "New: Label filter in the chat inbox" }}>
  ## Label filter in the chat inbox

  A new filter is now available in **Inbox → Chats** that lets you search conversations by the labels assigned to each chat, quickly and dynamically.

  * The filter automatically populates from the labels on your active chats.
  * If none of your chats have labels, the filter will not appear.
  * Especially useful when handling multiple conversations and you need to quickly find those of a specific type.
</Update>

<Update label="June 2026" rss={{ title: "New WhatsApp template sending sections" }}>
  ## New WhatsApp template sending sections

  In the **Customer profile** section and from **inbox** conversations, you will now see a new icon that displays the list of available templates to send to your customers, both within and outside an active session.

  This feature is especially useful for re-engaging users. Additionally, you can trigger a workflow that will start automatically when the customer replies to the received message.

  <Warning>
    **Considerations:**

    * The button is only shown for roles with campaign sending permissions.
    * Templates with QR codes and special templates (LTO, Catalog, Flows, Carousel, etc.) are temporarily excluded.
    * The selected workflow runs only when the user is not in the inbox.

  * **Unified introduction** in Brain Studio presenting the complete platform: builder, human support, and outbound messaging.
  * **Renamed groups**: "Campaigns" is now "Outbound Messaging", "Multi Agent Panel" is now "Management", "Closure reason" is now "Workflow routing".

<Update label="June 2026" rss={{ title: "Update: Ecommerce API now goes through the gateway" }}>
  ## Ecommerce API — Migration to the gateway

  The Jelou Shop API is now consumed through the **Jelou gateway**. The base URL changes to `https://gateway.jelou.ai/ecommerce` and authentication is done with an **API key** sent in the `x-api-key` header (instead of `Authorization: Bearer`).

  Generate and manage your API key from the [API Keys](/en/guides/configuracion/claves-api) module. The `app_id` (Shop ID) remains unchanged.

  ## Shopify — OAuth 2.0 connection

  Connecting your Shopify store now uses **OAuth 2.0**. You no longer need to create an app in Shopify or enter your store domain, Client ID, or Client Secret. From the Marketplace (or the Jelou Agent) you click **Connect**, authorize the **Jelou Commerce** app in your Shopify account, and the integration is ready.

<Update label="May 2026" rss={{ title: "New: Workflow Auto-publish" }}>
  ## Workflow Auto-publish

  New self-service accounts have **auto-publish** active by default: every change saved in the canvas deploys immediately to production without clicking **Publish**. The button disappears from the editor while the feature is active.

  Existing accounts (enterprise and self-service) keep the manual publish flow. Super admins can enable or disable auto-publish from the context menu (upper right corner).

  **Keep in mind:** with auto-publish active, no version history is generated and rollback is not available. It only applies to regular workflows — Marketplace Tools and Skills always require manual publication.

<Update label="May 2026" rss={{ title: "New: Takeover configuration in AI Routing" }}>
  ## AI Routing — Takeover

  New card on the **AI Routing** page in Settings that defines when the AI Router takes control of the conversation. Especially useful for projects where users open with a greeting before stating their actual request.

  Choose between two modes:

  * **Immediate routing**: the AI Router attempts to route the user from their very first message.
  * **Filter greetings**: ignores short courtesy messages and waits to detect a real intent before routing. Configure the wait time (in seconds) and the message sent when that time expires.

<Update label="May 2026" rss={{ title: "Update: AI Routing — intelligent conversation routing" }}>
  ## AI Routing

  AI Routing automatically routes each incoming message to the most suitable workflow in the project, using semantic comparison instead of exact keywords. When no workflow matches, the message is sent to the **fallback workflow** you define.

  ### Key updates

  * **Semantic routing**: the system compares the message against the name and description of every workflow and picks the best match without manual rules.
  * **Project-level configuration**: enable or disable AI Routing per project, set a fallback workflow, and control the rollout strategy (percentage of traffic between AI Routing and legacy intents).
  * **Workflow-level configuration**: from the Start node, each workflow can define its name, description, and advanced execution rules.
  * **Advanced rules**: restrict a workflow to a user allowlist or specific country prefixes; or hide it from automatic routing so it only runs via a forced redirect.
  * **Test panel**: evaluate single messages, batches, or bulk uploads (CSV) and verify which workflow they would route to before publishing.

  Both providers use a **WebView embedded checkout** experience within the conversational flow.

  * **PayPal** — Global coverage. Requires a Business account with API access. Configure with Client Id and Client Secret.

<Update label="April 2026" rss={{ title: "Update: Workflow Tester with unified look" }}>
  ## Workflow Tester with unified look

  We revamped the Brain Studio canvas Tester to share its interface with the production Debugger. Builders no longer need to learn two different tools: bubbles, node indicators, and the detail panel are identical on both sides.

  ### Key updates

  * **Node indicators interleaved** with messages: every executed node appears as a card with its canvas icon and name. Click opens the detail panel with input, output, initial state, final state, and errors.
  * **Messages view / Execution view**: toggle at the bottom of the panel to switch between conversation only and conversation + indicators.
  * **Contextual actions**: "Go to node" centers the canvas; "Debug Tool" opens the Tool's internal execution with its logs.
  * **Copy JSON path**: clicking any key of the initial/final state copies the path in bracket notation (e.g., `finalState.tool.url`) to the clipboard.
  * **Clickable interactive bubbles**: quick replies, lists, CTA URLs, and carousels are now simulated with a direct click, just like on WhatsApp.
  * **Sub-skills visually identified**: inner sub-skill nodes render as a separate group to mark the execution boundary.

  The execution engine does not change. Available to every plan and user with no migration or feature flag.

<Update label="April 2026" rss={{ title: "Update: Multi-message response in AI Agent node" }}>
  ## Multi-message response in AI Agent node

  The AI Agent node can now split its response into separate bubbles when it contains paragraph breaks (`\n\n`), media URLs, or lists. This produces more natural conversations on WhatsApp and other channels: introductory text appears first, the image arrives as a separate message, and the follow-up question with buttons is delivered at the end.

  ### How it works

  * Image, video, audio, or document URLs are sent as independent media bubbles according to the channel.
  * Numbered lists (`1.`, `2.`, `3.`) and single line breaks are kept together in the same bubble.

  ### Activation

  * Enabled by default for agents created after April 24, 2026.
  * Earlier agents keep the previous behavior (single bubble) until you enable the **Multi-message response** toggle in the **Advanced** tab.

  ## New Context tab in AI Agent node

  The third tab of the AI Agent node is now called **Context** (previously *Knowledge*) and centralizes all agent input configuration in one place.

  ### What the new Context tab includes

  * **Initial message**: a selector with three options to control how each conversation starts:
    * **Pass the last message** — the agent receives what the user wrote (default option).
    * **No user message** — ideal for HSM campaigns, automated workflows, or post-data collection.
    * **Custom** — text field with a variable selector for specific contexts.
  * **Remember previous messages**: defines how many previous messages to include as context each session (range: 1–50 messages).
  * **Unified upload block**: upload documents and images from the same block, with support for drag-and-drop, click, or pasting a URL.
  * **External context**: allows resuming the node from an external system via the resume API. Shows the endpoint, required headers, and a payload example (previously called *External resume* in the Advanced tab).

  ### Changes in the Advanced tab

  * **Save response** moved to the top of the Advanced tab.
  * **External resume** was renamed to **External context** and moved to the Context tab.
  * **Follow-up message** added to keep the conversation active if the user does not respond.

  ## New Databases node in Brain Studio

  You can now read, create, update, and delete records from your Datum databases directly on the canvas — no code required. The node's panel builds the HTTP request for you based on the database, collection, and operation you pick.

  ### What this change includes

  * **Five operations**: list, get, create, update, and delete records.
  * **Per-field type editor**: text, number, bool, date, email, url, select (single and multi), rich text, and json — each field with the right control and variable support.
  * **Visual filter and sort builders**: operators (`=`, `!=`, `>`, `>=`, `<`, `<=`, `~`, `!~`), AND rules, and pagination.
  * **In-panel testing**: run the request and inspect the response (status, body, headers) without leaving the node; the result is cached until you change the configuration.

  * **New `$webhook` variable**: Similar to `$memory` and `$context`, it exposes `body`, `headers`, `query`, `method`, `mode`, `executionId`, and `isNewExecution` from the incoming request.
  * **Configurable multiple resumes**: `oneTimeOnly` option to control whether an execution can be resumed more than once.
  * **Webhook in Skills**: The Webhook node is now available in Skills, enabling conversational flows to be started and resumed from external events.

  ### What this change includes

  * **Guides and visible text** aligned with the new wording (for example, *Your first workflow (skill)* on introduction and getting-started pages).
  * **No URL changes**: page paths and internal links stay the same; only on-screen copy was updated.
  * **Technical references**: in API contexts or exact system names, *skill* is kept when it matches the real identifier.

  * Set default values that the agent will use on every invocation, instead of letting the AI decide.
  * Inject dynamic flow variables using the variable selector.
  * Toggle between form view and JSON editor.
  * Search parameters by name.

  Each parameter displays a **Manual** (value set by you) or **Auto** (agent decides) indicator.

  ## Save response in interactive message nodes

  The **Buttons**, **List**, and **Numbered list** nodes now allow saving the option selected by the user directly into a memory variable from the **Advanced** tab in the configuration panel.

  ### Main highlights

  * **Response variable in Buttons**: Enable the "Save response" toggle and enter the variable name. The payload of the chosen button becomes available as `{{$memory.variable_name}}`.
  * **Response variable in List**: Same functionality for the List node. The selected option is stored for later use in the flow.
  * **Response variable in Numbered list**: Full support in the new Numbered list node, available on all channels.
  * **New Numbered list node**: Interactive message node that presents options as numbered text, compatible with WhatsApp, Web, Facebook, and Instagram.

  ### How to use it

  1. Open the configuration panel of a Buttons, List, or Numbered list node.
  2. Go to the **Advanced** tab.
  3. Enable the **Save response** toggle.
  4. Enter the name of the variable where the selection will be stored.
  5. Access the value in subsequent nodes with `{{$memory.variable_name}}`.
