# Manage my profile

> Manage your personal information, security, and access within the platform.

## My account

From this tab you can manage your personal information and preferences within the platform.

#### User details

Edit your name and view the email address associated with your account.

#### Language and time zone

Select your preferred language and the time zone you are located in.

Available languages:

* Spanish
* English
* Portuguese

#### Notifications

Configure the following options according to your preferences:

* **Notification sound**: enable or disable alert sounds.
* **Message notifications**: receive notifications from the multi-agent panel.
* **Active status on login**: automatically switch to active status when you log in.

#### Roles and teams

View the roles and teams assigned to you within the platform.

## Security

From this tab you can manage the access and protection of your account.

#### Change password

To update your password you must enter:

1. New password.
2. New password confirmation.

Then, the platform will verify your identity through **two-factor authentication (2FA)**. Depending on your configuration, a verification code will be requested via:

* **Email (OTP)**: a code will be sent to the email associated with your account.
* **Authentication app (TOTP)**: a code generated from your preferred authentication app will be requested (Google Authenticator, Microsoft Authenticator, Authy, etc.).

The new password must meet the following requirements:

* Minimum 8 characters
* At least one uppercase letter
* At least one lowercase letter
* At least one number
* At least one symbol

#### Two-factor authentication (2FA)

2FA availability depends on your company's plan type:

    The admin user can enable or disable 2FA from their profile settings.

    2FA is enabled by default when the company is created.

#### Authentication methods

If 2FA is enabled, each user can choose their preferred method:

* **Email**: receive a verification code in your inbox.
* **Authentication app**: generate codes from a compatible app, for example:
  * Google Authenticator
  * Microsoft Authenticator
  * Authy

## Login history

From this tab you can view the access history for your account, providing greater control and security over active sessions and recent logins.
