# How it works

## Organization-level billing

Billing in Jelou is always calculated at the organization level. This means that all projects under the same organization share the same credit pool and are consolidated into a single account statement.

* **Conversations:** each billable interaction adds to the organization's monthly usage.
* **Campaigns:** sending mass campaigns deducts credits based on their type and destination country.
* **Connect seats:** each agent with access to Connect has an associated recurring cost.
