## Conversations

## Campaigns

Campaign charges depend on two variables:

1. **Campaign type:** can be `Marketing` or `Utility/Auth`.
2. **Country of the contact receiving the message:** the price is set by destination country, regardless of which number originates the send.

    Enterprise customers operate on a credits model with fixed prices per campaign conversation. Pricing may vary because Jelou pre-pays campaigns to Meta and absorbs the platform's cost variability.

## Human handoff seats

Advisors who have access to handle conversations from the inbox have a recurring cost of **\$25 USD per seat**.

* Each seat allows a user to access the panel to manage conversations in real time.
* The cost is independent of the volume of conversations handled by the advisor.
