# Refunds and retries

> Refund policy when a campaign message cannot be delivered.

## Sending errors

When Meta or Jelou detect a definitive error during the sending of a campaign (for example, an invalid number or recipient block), an immediate refund of the credits consumed by those messages is made.

* You do not need to open a ticket: the reversal occurs automatically.
* The refund detail appears in the campaign history and in the `Billing` panel.

## Retries due to lack of signal

If the contact has no signal or their device is off, Meta holds the retry for up to 30 calendar days.

> **Important:** the 30 days is a rule set by Meta; Jelou cannot modify or shorten this period.

* If delivery is completed within the 30 days, the original charge is maintained.
* If after 30 days there is no successful delivery, Meta processes an automatic refund of the amount associated with those messages. Jelou reflects the refund in your credit balance.
