# Marketplace Introduction

> Jelou Marketplace: ready-to-use integrations to connect external services to your agents and flows in Brain Studio.

The **Jelou Marketplace** is where you connect integrations to Brain Studio to run actions, query data, and automate processes inside a conversation.

## What you can do with integrations

Integrations turn Brain Studio into a service orchestrator. From a conversation, your flow or agent can:

* **Run actions in external systems** - create records in a CRM, issue an invoice, schedule an appointment
* **Query real-time data** - inventory, availability, order statuses, customer information
* **Process transactions** - payments, identity verification, electronic document signing
* **Automate business flows** - connect conversations with the systems your organization already uses

## How to use an integration

To install, use the Marketplace directly or [Jelou Agent](/en/guides/getting-started/jelou-agent) (build assistant). To use integrations, choose Canvas or an AI Agent node.
