Chats

In this section you can view all conversations assigned to you:
  • Direct assignment
  • Queue-based assignment
You can also:
  • Search conversations by name or phone number
  • View the status of each conversation

Features within the chat

Within each conversation you can:
  • Send images and videos in real time
  • Send files from the gallery
  • Send audio messages
  • Listen to audio at x2 speed
  • View and complete the CRM
  • Add and view tags
  • Send pre-configured quick replies

Archived

Here you can view all previous conversations you have managed.
  • If the session is active, you can re-contact the customer.
  • The conversation will automatically move to the Chats section.
Additionally, in the archived section you can:
  • View the information recorded in the CRM
  • Check the tags associated with the conversation

Settings

In this section you will find:
  • Dark and light theme to customize the interface.
  • About, where you can:
    • View the app version
    • Check terms and privacy policy
  • Operator status management (available, busy, etc.)

The mobile app allows you to maintain continuity of service, manage conversations in real time, and access all relevant customer information without depending on a desktop.
