Sending errors
When Meta or Jelou detect a definitive error during the sending of a campaign (for example, an invalid number or recipient block), an immediate refund of the credits consumed by those messages is made.- You do not need to open a ticket: the reversal occurs automatically.
- The refund detail appears in the campaign history and in the
Billingpanel.
Retries due to lack of signal
If the contact has no signal or their device is off, Meta holds the retry for up to 30 calendar days.Important: the 30 days is a rule set by Meta; Jelou cannot modify or shorten this period.
- If delivery is completed within the 30 days, the original charge is maintained.
- If after 30 days there is no successful delivery, Meta processes an automatic refund of the amount associated with those messages. Jelou reflects the refund in your credit balance.
