Billing in Jelou is always calculated at the organization level. This means that all projects under the same organization share the same credit pool and are consolidated into a single account statement.- Conversations: each billable interaction adds to the organization’s monthly usage.
- Campaigns: sending mass campaigns deducts credits based on their type and destination country.
- Connect seats: each agent with access to Connect has an associated recurring cost.
Jelou displays credit consumption in real time so you can anticipate the impact of each campaign or conversation on your budget.
