Conversations
Each billable conversation has a fixed cost of $0.20 USD, which includes all associated costs:
- Incoming and outgoing message processing
- AI usage (agents and natural language processing)
- History storage
The cost is applied per complete conversation, regardless of the number of messages exchanged or the complexity of the flow executed.
The conversation is measured on a daily basis from 00:00 UTC to 23:59:59 UTC.
Campaigns
Campaign charges depend on two variables:
- Campaign type: can be
Marketing or Utility/Auth.
- Country of the contact receiving the message: the price is set by destination country, regardless of which number originates the send.
Each campaign deducts credits at the time of sending. Jelou estimates the consumption before confirming the send so you can validate whether your available balance is sufficient.

Connect seats
Advisors who have access to handle conversations from Connect (with the monitor role) have a recurring cost of $20 USD per seat.
- Billing is monthly and is prorated if access is granted or revoked mid-month.
- Each seat allows a user to access the Connect panel to manage conversations in real time.
- The cost is independent of the volume of conversations handled by the advisor.
