Difference between Business Manager and Business Suite

Although both belong to the Meta ecosystem, they serve different purposes.

Business Manager (business management)

This is the main administrative platform. From here you manage:
  • Businesses
  • Ad accounts
  • Payment methods
  • Applications
  • Business verification
  • WhatsApp Business accounts (WABA)
Business Manager is the required environment for setting up the WhatsApp Business API and connecting it to Jelou.

Business Suite (fan page management)

It is focused solely on the operation of pages and social networks. It allows you to manage:
  • Posts
  • Messages
  • Fan page content
It is not the environment where WhatsApp Business API is configured.
📌 Important
To work with WhatsApp Business API and Jelou, always use Business Manager, not Business Suite.

How to access Facebook Business Manager

To access it:
  1. Go to 👉 https://business.facebook.com
  2. Log in with:
    • Your personal Facebook account, or
    • An account created exclusively for your business
💡 Recommendation:
Use an account dedicated to the business. This reduces the risk of blocks and makes future management easier.
