When is it charged
The charge applies when the transaction is processed by the provider and has an approved or rejected result.Scenarios that consume credits
- ✅ Approved transaction → Consumes $0.10 USD
- ❌ Rejected transaction (declined card, insufficient funds, etc.) → Consumes $0.10 USD
- 🔄 Transaction retry (each attempt ending in approved or rejected) → Consumes an additional $0.10 USD
Scenarios that do NOT consume credits
- ⏳ Pending transaction (cash, unconfirmed transfers, etc.) → Not charged until the provider returns an approved or rejected result
- 🧪 Test/sandbox mode → Does not consume
- ⚠️ Error before reaching the provider (failed validation, invalid credentials) → Does not consume
- 🚫 User abandons without initiating payment (no request was generated to the provider) → Does not consume
The charge only applies when the transaction reaches the provider and has an approved or rejected result. If there is a configuration or validation error beforehand, or if the result is pending, no credit is consumed.
