The Deuna integration with Brain Studio operates exclusively with the Deuna wallet. The user must have an active Deuna account to complete the payment.

Payment experience

The user receives a payment button in WhatsApp. By selecting it, they access the Deuna wallet outside the chat to complete the transaction. Once the payment is confirmed, Jelou receives the status notification and the flow continues.

Fees

The following conditions correspond to information provided by Deuna. These are provider conditions, not Jelou fees.

  • Commission per successful transaction: 2% + IVA

Settlement and transfers

  • Consolidation: daily on business days
  • Transfer to merchant bank account: up to 2 business days
  • Transfer in case of reconciliation anomalies: up to 5 business days

  • IVA on commission (15%): $0.30
  • Total deducted: $2.30
  • Amount received: $97.70
