Payphone does not support direct bank transfers or real-time bank debit within the checkout.
The payer must use a card or their Payphone wallet balance.

Deferred payments (installments)

Payphone allows deferred payments with credit cards:
  • 3, 6, 9, and 12 months
  • Available for amounts from $50 USD
Installments are managed by the card-issuing bank.
No configuration is required inside Brain Studio and it depends on the user’s card.
The availability of payment methods may vary depending on the merchant’s account configuration in Payphone.

Payphone applies a simple commission model with no fixed costs.

  • Transaction fee: 5% + VAT
  • Enrollment fee: $0
  • Monthly fee: $0
  • Bank transfers: $0

For a charge of $100 USD:
  • Fee (5%): $5.00
  • VAT on fee (15%): $0.75
  • Total deducted: $5.75
  • Amount received: $94.25

Important considerations

  • If the payment is made with Payphone balance, no commission is charged
  • The money is credited immediately to the merchant’s Payphone balance
  • The bank transfer may take between 24 and 48 business hours
Rates may vary based on volume, industry, or commercial agreements with Payphone.
For specific conditions, verify directly in your account or with the provider’s sales team.
