Meta’s limits

These limits are defined by Meta and apply to the Meta Business Agent configuration.

The no trailing hyphen rule is Meta’s, not a Jelou validation: a title ending in a hyphen is rejected by Meta’s API with a 400 error.

Write specific descriptions. The description is what the agent uses to decide when to invoke each tool: if it is vague, it will invoke it at the wrong moments or never invoke it at all.

This list reflects what Meta currently enables and may change on Meta’s side. If your business does not clearly fit one of these verticals, validate eligibility before planning the implementation.
