User management

In the Users tab you can manage the people who have access to your company within the platform.
From here you can invite new users, edit their information, assign roles, or deactivate access when needed.

Invite new users

To add a user to the company:
  1. Enter the user’s email address.
  2. Select the role they will have within the platform.
Optionally you can also:
  • Assign them to a team.
  • Define whether the user will supervise a specific team.
Once the invitation is sent, the user will receive an email to join the company.

Invitation status

To track sent invitations, there is a Pending tab where you can see the status of each request. Possible statuses are:
  • Pending: The invitation was sent, but the user has not yet accepted it.
  • Accepted: The user completed onboarding and now has access to the platform.
  • Expired: The invitation expired because it was not accepted within the established timeframe.
While the invitation is pending, you can:
  • Edit the information.
  • Resend the invitation.
  • Revoke access.

Edit users

When editing a user you can modify the following information:
  • User name.
  • Email address.
  • Role.
  • Assigned team.
  • Supervision teams.
  • User status (active or inactive).
Additionally, if the user was blocked due to failed password attempts, you can unlock their account from this section.

User onboarding process

When the user receives the email invitation, they must complete a brief registration process to access the company. During this process they must enter:
  • First name
  • Last name
  • Password
  • Time zone
Once these details are completed, the user can log into the platform and start using it.
