Edit your name and view the email address associated with your account.

Language and time zone

Select your preferred language and the time zone you are located in. Available languages:
  • Spanish
  • English
  • Portuguese

Notifications

Configure the following options according to your preferences:
  • Notification sound: enable or disable alert sounds.
  • Message notifications: receive notifications from the multi-agent panel.
  • Active status on login: automatically switch to active status when you log in.

Roles and teams

View the roles and teams assigned to you within the platform.

Security

From this tab you can manage the access and protection of your account.

Change password

To update your password you must enter:
  1. Current password.
  2. New password.
  3. New password confirmation.
The new password must meet the following requirements:
  • Minimum 8 characters
  • At least one uppercase letter
  • At least one lowercase letter
  • At least one number
  • At least one symbol

Two-factor authentication (2FA)

2FA availability depends on your company’s plan type:
The admin user can enable or disable 2FA from their profile settings.

Authentication methods

If 2FA is enabled, each user can choose their preferred method:
  • Email: receive a verification code in your inbox.
  • Authentication app: generate codes from a compatible app, for example:
    • Google Authenticator
    • Microsoft Authenticator
    • Authy

Login history

From this tab you can view the access history for your account, providing greater control and security over active sessions and recent logins.
