The user opens a unique WhatsApp link and accepts the terms.

Enter identity data

The user enters a 10-digit ID and fingerprint code. The experience retrieves the Civil Registry photo.

Complete liveness

The user takes a guided selfie from the camera.

Wait for comparison

The selfie is compared with the Civil Registry photo and the result returns to WhatsApp or callbackUrl.
