When do you need this guide?

You will need it when you try to Connect Deuna in Marketplace and Brain Studio asks you for:
  • Punto de Venta
  • Api Key
  • Api Secret
These credentials are entered during the Deuna installation in Marketplace inside Brain Studio.

Don’t have a Deuna account yet?

Deuna handles this type of integration through its commercial team.To get started, write to:The team will guide you through:
  • Business validation
  • Information collection (e.g. RUC, banking details)
  • Account activation
Once the process is approved, you will receive the credentials needed for the integration.

Already have a Deuna account?

If you already work with Deuna, you can request your credentials directly.

Request credentials

Contact the Deuna team:Include:
  • Company name
  • RUC
  • Use case (payments via WhatsApp / Brain Studio)

Receive the credentials

Once your request is validated, Deuna will send you the credentials:
  • Punto de Venta
  • Api Key
  • Api Secret
