When do you need this guide?

You will need it when you try to Connect Deuna and Brain Studio asks you in modal step 2 for:
  • Api key
  • Api secret
  • Merchant code
In modal step 1 you choose test credentials or production credentials. Deuna provides different Api Key, Api Secret, and merchant code for each environment.

Don’t have a Deuna account yet?

Deuna handles this type of integration through its commercial team.To get started, write to:The team will guide you through:
  • Business validation
  • Information collection (e.g. RUC, banking details)
  • Account activation
Once the process is approved, you will receive the credentials needed for the integration.

Already have a Deuna account?

If you already work with Deuna, you can request your credentials directly.

Request credentials

Contact the Deuna team:Include:
  • Company name
  • RUC
  • Use case (payments via WhatsApp / Brain Studio)

Receive the credentials

Once your request is validated, Deuna will send you per environment (test and production):
  • Merchant code — merchant identifier in Deuna
  • Api Key
  • Api Secret

Development and production environments

Deuna manages separate credentials per environment.
Use credentials from the same environment you choose when installing Deuna or when using Go to production in Brain Studio.
