This agent validates the authenticity and validity of a document using native WhatsApp Flows screens.

Recommended configuration
✅ Checklist to start without blockers
- You must have a verified WhatsApp account.
- The user must be able to capture or send photos of the document from the chat (camera permissions must be enabled on the device if applicable).
- Define the country and allowed document types to reduce reading errors.
- If applicable to the complete flow, have the Terms and Conditions PDF (public URL) available to configure it. This is mandatory when applicable.
- Recommended: define the handling flow if you enable Human in the loop (who reviews, response times, and what happens if there is no response).
Test with real documents under different lighting conditions to adjust messages and fallback.
