Stripe is an international payment provider you can connect in Brain Studio in two ways:
  • With your existing account, by entering your Access Token.
  • By creating an account in Mexico through guided registration from Brain Studio.
Once connected, you can charge users from WhatsApp via: Brain Studio creates the payment intent and exposes the real transaction status so your flow continues based on the result.

Integration summary

  • Available in Marketplace, Jelou Agent, Payments node in Canvas, and templates
  • Two connection paths:
    • I already have an account: Access Token + webhooks configured in Stripe Dashboard → see Obtaining credentials
    • Create a Stripe account: guided registration only in Mexico; Brain Studio installs the integration when registration completes, without asking for credentials
  • Separate environments: test credentials and production credentials

What you can do with Stripe in Brain Studio

Once connected, Stripe enables:
  • Charges via payment link (WebView)
  • Charges with card directly in chat
  • Access to advanced payment management tools (depending on configuration)
Each modality is configured based on the type of experience you want to implement.
