Standard signature

In the event of a dispute, the burden of proof falls primarily on the issuing company. That is, the company must demonstrate that the signature was validly executed. To do so, Jelou has records, technical evidence and traceability that support the authenticity of the signature.

Advanced signature

If this signature is challenged, the burden of proof falls on the person attempting to contest it. In other words, it is presumed valid until evidence to the contrary is presented, because it meets additional technical and legal requirements that guarantee the signer’s identity and the document’s integrity.
